The twenty-two-year-old Jolly Tumuhiirwe was captured mercilessly punishing the child on hidden camera at her employers home on the outskirts of Kampala. She appeared before Grade II Magistrate, Erias Kakooza to take plea. The magistrate remanded her back to Luzira Prison until the 10th of December.
